Like so many others I went through my Zone diet phase, and my Atkins diet phase (multiple times), and my South Beach diet phase, etc etc etc…. Not that I want to moan about them, I learned a little bit from each one of them over time, and I personally know several people who were successful on each one of those and several other plans, but I wasn’t
The one that eventually put it all in focus for me was this Healthy weight loss program and I seriously believe that it can bring a ton of clarity to most people’s quest for sustainable weight loss in a healthy manner so Im sharing it here with my readers.
There is no magic in there, and thats exactly what you need. Stop hunting for the magic pill…..shake…..meal replacement etc. Read through and watch the videos and then use it as a guidebook to what changes you need to make so that you can start living healthier without torturing yourself in such a way that your eventual failure is inevitable. Maybe a little stern, but that is the reality of it, and if you can face that reality (and I know for certain that you can) then you will be richly rewarded. Get to it!

This is in my opinion one of the three crucial legs that are needed to hold up your tower of weight loss success. Once I figure out how to sticky a post on here I will be putting this one up along with one more that I will write about in a future post. This Exercise weight loss plan is the one that I used as my manual of sorts when I was really far gone and needed to basically rebuild my body from the ground up. In my opinion, if you get this and honestly follow his advice then you will eventually hit your goal. He really does a great job of outlining exactly what you need to do and how you need to go about it. The author has been on Oprah and has been published in Men’s Fitness and the Wall Street Journal so he definitely knows his stuff and you’ll see that when you read through it.
I think he leans a little bit fanatical in his anti-supplementation stance, but if you step back a bit and think about it that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It is better to approach supplementation with caution, but I just don’t believe you should completely give it a pass. There really are some good products out there now a days.
